I have always loved children and been interested in education. I wanted to work in an environment where I could support children’s growth while they learn and have fun, and that’s when I discovered KidZania Fukuoka. Here, children can learn about society through experiences, which I found very appealing as it provides them with valuable opportunities. Additionally, I have an interest in customer service and I find it rewarding to create wonderful memories for both children and their guardians. For these reasons, I decided to join KidZania Fukuoka.

I’m currently working as a Front Manager for Unit Global at KidZania Fukuoka. My main responsibilities are supporting English programs, coordinating staff schedules, and supervising team members working for Unit Global. Also, I support the English Activities Program, which provides activities for customers who wish to engage in English experiences. I strive to create an enjoyable environment where children can interact with English, while ensuring smooth operation.

The most rewarding part of this job is seeing children enjoy engaging with English and growing through the experience. When I see them confidently speaking English or trying new challenges during activities, it makes me happy and motivated.
I also have opportunities to work with staff from various countries and I find it is valuable for me to communicate in a multi-cultural environment. Additionally, through the English Activities Program, I can provide special experiences for children who are interested in English, which is another fulfilling aspect of my job.
Providing great opportunities to children and working together with global staff to create a better environment gives me a great sense of achievement and I believe that personally growing alongside them is one of the biggest attractions of this job.

Working at KidZania Fukuoka, with a team of supportive and cooperative colleagues, is never boring because the work environment is fantastic. If you enjoy working with children, this job will bring you joy every day. It is important to be practical, flexible and creative when working with children. The job allows you to grow personally, as you think of and implement better ways to handle different situations.
The staff at KidZania Fukuoka are consistently polite and respectful, and I’m grateful for their kindness in helping me to improve my Japanese language skills and cultural manners. They always greet me with a smile and enjoy engaging with non-Japanese staff, creating a wonderful atmosphere for cross-cultural learning. I truly believe this kind of experience is rare in other jobs.
