Tickets and Reservations

Web reservations can be made three months in advance starting on the first day of the current month. Reservations can be made through web reservations on the KidZania Fukuoka official website.
*To get the most out of your visit to KidZania, we recommend that you register as a guest member using the KidZania app. -
One person can make a reservation for up to 19 people.

On the day, 1st Shift reservations can be made until 12:00 and 2nd Shift reservations can be made until 17:00.
-
Reservations cannot be made for only children (aged 3-12) or only adults (aged 16+).
Children (aged 3-12) must be accompanied by an adult (aged 16+), so reservations must contain at least 1 of each.
Juniors (aged 13-15) can make a reservation and enter KidZania without an accompanying adult.
Reservations cannot be made for a combination of only toddlers (aged 0-2) and adults. -
Toddlers (0-2 years old) do not require reservations and can enter for free.
However activities are only availble to those between the ages of 3 and 15 years old.
Kids that have not yet reached the day of their third birthday are not eligible to experience activities.
Therefore groups consisting of only toddlers and adults will be refused. -
On the day, web reservations for 1st Shift can be made until 12:00 and 2nd Shift reservations can be made until 17:00.
Tickets for the day (Same-Day Tickets) can also be purchased from around 7:40 at the Lalaport Fukuoka 1F Bus Terminal Entrance until KidZania opens. After KidZania opens, Same-Day Tickets can be bought at the KidZania Fukuoka Airport Counter. -
Waiting lists are not available for reservations.
However, the reservation calendar may become open if other customers change or cancel their reservations. If it becomes open, shown by a cirle-mark, you may be able to make a reservation. Same-Day Tickets may also be available. -
You can check your reservation details through MyPage on the official KidZania website.
Please log in to MyPage with your registered member ID (email address) and password, and check the dates listed under reservations. -
In order to be eligible for the Kids with Disabilities admission fee, you must present documents issued by a Japanese governmental authority (disability certificate, nursing care certificate, or welfare certificate).
Medical certificates issued outside of Japan are not eligible for Kids with Disabilities admission fees, so reservations at the Regular General Admission fee are required in such a case. -
There are no discounted admission fees for adults with disabilities.
Reservation Changes ・ Cancels ・ Refunds

For web reservations, you may cancel and change your reservation under "My Page". There is no fee.
*This service is not available by phone. Please make your changes by 23:55 JST (UTC+9) the day before your visit.
*Please note that we do not accept changes or cancellations on the day of your visit. -
For web reservations, you may cancel and change your reservation under "My Page" or when logged in with your Member's ID and Password.

After the web reservation is complete the representative name cannot be changed. Please inform the staff on the day of admission that you wish to change the representative.
■If you have made a web reservation, please present the "My Page Reservation e-Ticket Screen" from the KidZania website on the day.
If you have difficulty presenting the above, please present a memo with the 12-digit reservation number. -
The refund request will be sent to each credit card company on the second day following the day the customer performs the cancellation operation.
Subsequent processing will be determined by the timing of the credit card company's processing and the customer's contract details (closing date, etc.) to determine the month of settlement.

Please note that if a reserved date and time is already full, you will not be able to add more people or make a new reservation.
However, if you are unable to add more people through MyPage, the reason may be one of the following:
・The total number of visitors exceeds 19.
・It is after 23:55 the day before your visit.
・There is not enough room for the number of people you want to add.
If the above reasons do not apply, please contact the KidZania Fukuoka Information Center.
System Issues When Making Reservations

The reason may be one of the following:
1. The email was moved to your spam folder.
→Please set up a "Report Not Junk Mail" or similar setting.
2. Your security software or email software has been set to reject the email.
3. Your internet connection is unstable.
4. Your email address contains multiple periods "." before the @ mark.
5. If the email address was registered incorrectly through the KidZania website.※Reservation Confirmation Emails will be sent to the email address you entered during registration.
Please be careful to enter your email address correctly and to set your email address to not reject emails.
Please make sure that you are set up to receive emails from @kidzania.jp in advance.Please note that Reservation Confirmation Emails cannot be resent.
You will need your reservation number when you check in at the KidZania Ticket Counter, and you can check your reservation details through MyPage.
On the day of your visit, please be sure to present the MyPage reservation eTicket screen, KidZania app eTicket screen, or a memo of the 14-digit reservation number that is available through MyPage or the Reservation Confirmation Email. -
If an error code is displayed, please write down the error code and then contact the KidZania Fukuoka Information Center.
Entry and Exit

"2nd Shift Entry Number Cards" are numbered cards distributed to guests in order of arrival to determine entry timing. Distribution will start around 9:30. Please check here for information on where they are distributed and how to use it.
*Important Notice* If the same visitors are admitted to both the 1st and 2nd Shift, they will be given priority when entering the 2nd Shift. Please note that if there are more kids (3-15 years old) than in the 1st Shift at the time of admission to the 2nd Shift, you are not eligible. -
On the day of your visit, we will confirm your information required for admission at the KidZania Fukuoka Airport Counter.
If you have made a web reservation, please present the "My Page Reservation e-Ticket Screen" from the official KidZania website on the day.
If you have difficulty presenting the above, please present a memo with the 12-digit reservation number.
[For those entering in the 2nd Shift]
A representative of the group can come to the KidZania Fukuoka Airport Counter for the 2nd shift by themselves to process their reservation, but please make sure that all members of the group are present at the time indicated on the "2nd Shift Entry Number Card". Please check here for further details.
*Important Notice about the "2nd Shift Entry Number Card"*
If the same visitors are admitted to both the 1st and 2nd Shift, they will be given priority when entering the 2nd Shift. Please note that if there are more kids (3-15 years old) than in the 1st Shift at the time of admission to the 2nd Shift, you are not eligible.
If the "2nd Shift Entry Number Card" is lost or if the group is not at the designated place and time, you may lose your place in the entry line and be asked to wait at the back of the line.

[For those entering in the 1st Shift]
If you arrive before 10:00, please proceed to the entrance waiting area located near the Central Bus Terminal Entrance on the 1st floor of LaLaport Fukuoka. Admission begins 30 minutes before the start of Activities (around 8:30), but may be changed due to circumstances on the day.
*You can enter KidZania even after Activities begin at 9:00. If you arrive after 10:00, please proceed directly to KidZania Fukuoka on the 2nd floor of LaLaport Fukuoka.
[For those entering in the 2nd Shift]
Between 9:30 and 15:00, 2nd Shift Order Tickets (entry order) will be distributed in order of reception.
After 14:30, please gather all members of your group together at the designated place and time indicated on your Order Ticket.
If you arrive after 15:00, please join the waiting line in front of the admission counter.
*You can enter KidZania even after Activities begin at 15:30. Please proceed directly to KidZania Fukuoka on the 2nd floor of LaLaport Fukuoka. -

You can enter any time during business hours. Please come to the KidZania Fukuoka Ticket Counter.
However, reservations for some activities may no longer be available. Please note that business hours cannot be extended under any circumstances. -
Adults may temporarily exit and re-enter. Regulations are in place,please check Take a Break Outside on the official KidZania website for details.
Kids are not allowed to exit KidZania temporarily.

It is possible for the entire group to leave before the Shift is finished. However, please note that re-entry is not possible.

Activities
-
3-15 years old.
Staff will support kids according to their age and ability.
Please note, admission is not allowed for groups that do not contain at least one kid aged 3-15. -
The JOB Schedule Card given to kids at the time of admission is used to reserve activities.
When reserving an activity at an establishment, please make sure that your kid has this card and contacts the staff.
Kids can experience an activity if the activity will be finished by the Return Time of your other reservation (if you have already made one).You may also leave the waiting line for an activity if the wait is too long.
You can do other activities, go to the Bank or Department Store, or eat at the food court until the Return Time indicated on the card.
The JOB Schedule Card will show your experience history and whether or not photo services (for a fee) are available. -
It is not possible to make reservations for activities before entering.

Activities are designed for kids ages 3-15. Kids can watch the activities up close, allowing them to experience them in a safe environment while their guardians are close-by. By completing one activity first, kids will gain confidence and be ready to try other activities.

This is an English program that allows you to experience a series of 5 English activities supported by our global staff.
The five experiences are included in a set course and cannot be chosen individually.
Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to your visit. Reservations made less than 7 days before your planned day of visit cannot be accepted.
How to Spend Time in KidZania

There are coin lockers at the bus terminal of LaLaport Fukuoka, however there are none located inside KidZania.
Large luggage that does not fit in the coin lockers will be kept at the entrance (fee required). -
Outside food or beverages are not allowed.
However, water bottles, baby food, and allergy-free food may be brought in. -
Guardians can watch activities through the establishment's large windows, monitors, etc. In the Open Theater you can watch fashion shows.
The Parents' Lounge is for adults only, it is a place where you can relax, read a book.

Food and Allergies

There are three restaurants inside KidZania. please check Food for details.
Payment can be made using cash or cashless payment. KidZos, the exclusive currency of KidZania, cannot be accepted. There are tables located near each restaurant so that adults and kids can enjoy eating together.
Please note that outside food and beverages are not allowed, but you may bring in allergy-free food, baby food, and water bottles. -

Errors During Member Registration

You will be unable to register if your email address contains multiple periods "." before the @ mark. Please register using a different email address.

In many cases, Microsoft free email addresses such as Hotmail, Outlook, and Live delete automated emails before they are received in your inbox. Please use a different email address if you have one.
About Activity Data Download

You will receive a Download Key Card from activities that have downloadable data.

・Browser: Android standard browser, iPhone standard browser (Safari), latest version of ChromePlease note that the site may not be usable or may not operate properly depending on the settings of the device you are using, even if you are using a device with the recommended information.

You can download the data by following the steps below:
1. Open the KidZania official app or the official website.
2. Log in to MyPage and select "≡" (Menu) for the app, or select the ”【】” mark for the official website.
3. Select Activity Data Download.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions and enter the download number shown on the Download Key Card to download the data.※Member registration is required to download the data.
