Before & After Your Reservation
-
Online reservations can be made from 10:00 on the 1st of each month for up to 3 months in advance (including the current month).
(For example: Reservations for April can be made from 10:00 on February 1.) -
Tickets are available both online and at the Ticket Counter. There are a limited number of tickets available and may become sold-out.

<1st Shift> Until 12:00 on the day of visit.
<2nd Shift> Until 18:00 on the day of visit.■Ticket Counter Purchases

There is no waiting list for reservation cancellations.
When there have been cancellations, the reservation calendar may be updated with a 〇 mark. -
Reservations cannot be made for only kids (aged 3-12) or only adults (aged 16+).
However, reservations can be made for only teenage kids (aged 13-15). -
Toddlers do not require a reservation (they can enter for free).
However, adults and toddlers cannot participate in activities, and groups containing only adults and toddlers cannot enter KidZania. -
A maximum of 19 people can be included per reservation. Also, larger groups can also be reserved separately.
For groups of 20 or more people, please make your reservation through KidZania's Group Website.- ※Only available in Japanese language.

Reservation numbers can be viewed on MyPage.
- Log in to MyPage.
- From Current Reservations, go to Purchase History, then View e-Ticket.
- The 14-digit reservation number is shown below the 2D Code.

In order to be eligible for the Kids with Disabilities admission fee, you must present documents issued by a Japanese governmental authority (disability certificate, nursing care certificate, or welfare certificate).
Medical certificates issued outside of Japan are not eligible for Kids with Disabilities admission fees, so reservations at the Regular General Admission fee are required in such a case. -
There are no discounted admission fees for adults with disabilities.
Problems with Reservations

If an error code is displayed during the reservation process, take a note of the error code and contact your credit card company or the KidZania Information Center.

If you did not receive a reservation confirmation email, please check the following issues:
- Make sure the email wasn't filtered to your spam folder.
- Make sure your email settings (security or email software) are not blocking emails from kidzania.jp.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable.
- Make sure the email address you registered is correct (check for extra periods, etc.).
Reservation confirmation emails cannot be resent.
Your 14-digit reservation number is required to enter KidZania, please check it by logging in to MyPage and checking the e-Ticket screen. -
When using a debit card, a temporary duplicate charge may occur based on the card's specifications. The duplicate amount will be refunded by your card company at a later date. For details, please contact your card company.
Changes & Cancellations

For reservations made online, you can cancel or change the date, shift, number of guests, or plan through MyPage. There is no fee.

- ※Changes and cancellations must be completed by 23:55 on the day before your visit. (Changes and cancellations cannot be made on the day of your visit.)
- ※Changes and cancellations cannot be made over the telephone. Please log in to MyPage to make any changes or cancellations.

The reservation system does not allow changes to the group representative, however you can change the group representative on the day of your visit.
Please present documents that can verify your reservation (reservation number, e-Ticket screen, etc.) to the staff when checking in at KidZania. -
The location of your reservation cannot me changed. Please cancel your current reservation through MyPage and make a new reservation through the new location's website.

Additional guests cannot be added under any of the following circumstances:
- Tickets for the reserved date or shift are sold-out.
- The total number of guests exceeds 19 people. (The maximum number can vary depending on the plan.)
- It is after 23:55 on the day before your visit.

The changed admission fee will be charged to the credit card you used at the time of reservation.
The previous admission fee will be refunded through your credit card company. Refund times vary, so please contact your credit card company for details.- ※Billing and refund times may vary.

Data will be sent to your credit card company two days after the change or cancellation.

Order Tickets are numbered cards given to guests entering the 2nd Shift in the order that they check-in.
Order Tickets are distributed starting from around 10:15 in Tokyo, and around 9:30 in Koshien and Fukuoka.If you are entering both 1st and 2nd Shifts as the same group, you will receive a priority Order Ticket for the 2nd Shift.
- ※This does not apply in the following case.
- If the number of kids (aged 3-15) increases for the 2nd Shift.
- ※Priority distribution applies in the following cases.
- If the number of kids (aged 3-15) decreases for the 2nd Shift.
- If the number of adults increases or decreases.

Yes, you can enter KidZania after it has already opened.
However, please be aware that some activities may already have all of their reservations full by the time you enter. -
Only adults can temporarily exit and re-enter KidZania. For details, please check Spending Time: Guardians.
- ※Kids cannot temporarily exit KidZania.

Guests can leave KidZania early if all members of their group exit together.
However, after exiting, guests will not be able to re-enter.
Activities
-
KidZania is suited for kids aged 3 to 15. The staff will provided support as necessary according to the kid's age.

Kids are given a JOB Schedule Card when entering KidZania.
To reserve an activity, kids should take their JOB Schedule Card to the establishment they want to experience and give it to a staff member.
(Additional activities can be experienced, one-at-a-time, if the activity finishes before the Return Time of the latest reserved activity.)For details, please check Experiencing Activities.

Activities cannot be reserved before entering KidZania. Kids must reserve activities themselves after entering KidZania.
However, KidZania Professional Members have the opportunity to reserve activities in advance. For details, please check KidZania Professional.- ※Only available in Japanese language.

KidZania offers a variety of programs in English.
Some Japanese activities use simple English greetings and responses, some activities are called E@K Activities and are conducted in English, and the English Activities Program is also available in which kids can experience 5 consecutive activities in English.
Kids of all English ability levels are invited to participate.

Coin lockers are available at each KidZania. For details, please check the information below.

There are no coin lockers inside KidZania. However, coin lockers are available outside the entrance to KidZania Tokyo.
Large luggage can also be stored at the Entrance Counter or Parents Lounge for a fee.[Koshien]
Coin lockers are available at the KidZania Koshien Airport Counter (3rd Floor).
Large luggage can also be stored at the Parents Lounge for a fee.[Fukuoka]
Coin lockers are available at the KidZania Shop inside KidZania Fukuoka and also at the bus terminal located at LaLaport Fukuoka.
Large luggage can be stored at the entrance for a fee. -
Guests are prohibited from bringing food into KidZania.
(However, allergy-related food and baby food are permitted.)
Up to one bottled drink per guest can be brought into KidZania. -
Adults can watch kids participating in activities or take a break in the Parents Lounge (exclusive for adults).
If all kids in your group are 6 years old or older, then all adults can temporarily exit KidZania together.

Yes, photos and videos are allowed to be taken from outside the activities.
(Photos or videos are not allowed to be take by kids inside an activity.)

KidZania Tokyo and KidZania Koshien have four restaurants each, and KidZania Fukuoka has three restaurants.

Allergy information may change daily according to the available menu items, so please check at each restaurant on the day of your visit.

Generally, kids with food allergies will not be allowed to participate in activities involving food.

Data can be downloaded by following the steps shown below.
- Open the official KidZania Japan App or official website.
- Log in to MyPage.
- App: Select ≡ (Menu)
- Official Website: Select the
(Gear) mark.
- Select Activity Data Download.
- Enter the download number shown on your Download Key Card.
- ※Guest Member registration is required to download data.

Downloaded files are usually found in the following locations.
- Android: Varies by phone manufacturer. For details, please check with the manufacturer.
- iPhone: Under "Files" in the Files App.

Please try using a different playback app or device.

Expiration dates cannot be extended.
After the expiration date has passed, all data will be deleted and will no longer be available for download.

KidZos can be used o shop at the Department Stores in KidZania Tokyo and KidZania Koshien, and at the Shopping Mall in KidZania Fukuoka.
KidZos can also be used to experience customer activities. However, kidZos cannot be used to purchase items from restaurants or souvenir shops. -
