A Guided Tour by English-speaking Staff and a Private Lounge
Global Orientation Tour is an optional tour that includes information about how to get the most out of your visit to KidZania Fukuoka. Information is provided in English and includes photos and illustrations. A text versions of the information is also available in traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese, and Korean.
Even if it is your first time visiting KidZania Fukuoka, you will be able to experience your visit with peace of mind.

At the start of the Global Orientation Tour, a Global Staff member will provide information about how to get the best experience at KidZania Fukuoka.
Information will include how to make reservations for activities and how to best spend your time inside KidZania.

4 Experience KidZania
Global Staff will help you reserve the included activities, then you will be able to experience the Fire Department in English and the Airplane Pilot in Japanese.
5 Free Time
After you have learned how to spend your time in KidZania, you can try more activities, relax in the private lounge, and experience KidZania at your own pace.

Notice
- Global Orientation Tour reservations are accepted exclusively through KLOOK.
- Reservations must include at least 1 adult (aged 16+). Reservations cannot be accepted for groups consisting of only adults or only kids.
- Toddlers (aged 0-2) can enter for free, however reservations cannot be accepted for groups consisting of only adults and toddlers.
- Previously made reservations cannot be transferred to this service.
- If you wish to change the details of your reservation (date, time, number of guests, plan), please cancel your reservation and create a new reservation.
- Reservation cancellations or changes cannot be accepted after the cancellation deadline.
Spending Time: Guardians
- Activities can be experienced by kids (aged 3-15). Toddlers (aged 0-2) cannot participate in activities.
- Adults are not allowed to enter establishments.
- The private lounge is limited to a maximum of 4 guests per group.
Entry Exit
- All group members must enter and exit KidZania together as a group.
- Adults may temporarily exit and re-enter KidZania (subject to regulations). Kids may not temporarily exit.
- Re-entry is not permitted after all group members exit.
- Outside food and drink except bottled drink are not permitted inside KidZania.
- Dangerous items are prohibited inside KidZania, such as glass bottles, fireworks, lasers, or other items that may cause harm to or disturb other guests.
- Pets are not permitted inside KidZania (exception is made for service animals).
- Smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited. Violation will result in being asked to leave KidZania.
