Begin by choosing the course that best fits your kid's interests. Then, an English-speaking guide will take you on a tour around KidZania to show you the main facilities and activity locations.

After choosing your course, you are all set to enjoy priority access to four fantastic activities.
- *The Fire Station activity in each course is generally conducted in English.
- *Other activities are generally conducted in Japanese, unless they are designated as an E@K Activity on the day.

- *You can extend your stay every 30 minutes. Please pay when exiting KidZania. Please arrive at the exit with all members of your group by the exit time. Please complete all activities, shopping and eating by the exit time. An extension fee will be charged if you arrive at the exit after this time or without all members of your group.
Reservation Information
Reservation for admission from the KidZania Official Site: Up to 7 days before your visit.
- Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. For availability, please check the date and shift from the reservation button at the bottom of the page.
- After completing the procedure, you will receive a reservation confirmation email.
Important Notice
- Parents or guardians must be present at the start and end of the program.
- The capacity of each group is up to 2 kids (3-15 years old).
- Groups must include at least 1 adult (16+ years old) and 1 kid (3-15 years old).
Toddlers (under 3 years old) can enter for free, but cannot experience activities.
Groups of only toddlers (under 3 years old) and adults (16+ years old) cannot make reservations for admission. - The dedicated guest lounge is limited to a maximum of 6 guests per group.
- If the group size does not reach capacity for each activity, kids from outside of your group may also join the activities together.
- Please enter and exit together with all group members.
- Please note that establishments or activities you experience are subject to change.
- If you are late, you may not be able to select your preferred course or participate in activities.
- Invitation tickets and discount services cannot be applied to this program.
- Please note, if KidZania is unable to operate the program due to circumstances within our company, KidZania may offer to change the content of the program.
Reservation Change & Cancellation
Up to 7 days before your visit:
Changes to the number of participants and cancellation are possible. If you would like to change the date, shift or plan, please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation.
Within 7 days before your visit:
Adding participants, changing the date, or changing the plan is not possible. Reducing the number of participants and cancellation are possible until 23:55 on the day before your visit.
- *Please note that after 23:55 on the day before your visit, changing or cancelling your reservation is not possible and the entrance fee cannot be refunded.
