Reservation Information

Reservation for admission from the KidZania Official Site: Up to 7 days before your visit.

  • Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. For availability, please check the date and shift from the reservation button at the bottom of the page.
  • After completing the procedure, you will receive a reservation completion email.

Important Notice

  • Activities can be experienced by kids (aged 3-15). Toddlers (aged 0-2) cannot participate in activities.
  • Toddlers aged 0-2 years old can enter for free.
  • After arrival, please inform us that you have reserved the "VIP Experience - English Private Tour".
  • The tour will start at 9:00/16:00. Please arrive at the entrance at around 8:50/15:50.
  • The entrance reception and activity experiences will be conducted in Japanese, however the Global Staff will support you.
  • Workshops will be conducted by the Global Staff.
  • Temporary exits and re-entry after exiting are not permitted.
