1 Admission
Please complete the admission process by 10:00 for the 1st Shift or by 16:00 for the 2nd Shift.
- *If available, you can experience other activities up until the meeting time of the English Activities Program, as long as the time does not overlap with the English Activities Program.

2 Entering & Meeting
- Please check JOB Schedule Card for the meeting time and meeting place on the day.
- If you are late, you may not be able to experience activities.
3 Experience the Program
- We will give you a special bag, take a group photo, and the program will begin.
- Please check JOB Schedule Card for the detailed schedule on the day.
4 After the Program
- From the time the program finishes until 15:00 for the 1st Shift and 21:00 for the 2nd Shift, you can spend your time freely and experience activities.
- You can make reservations for activities after the English Activities Program finishes.
- *The schedule shown is a sample. Please note the actual time may vary depending on the situation on the day.
Prices (Tax included)
- *Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- *H.S. (Holiday Season) periods are set by KidZania.
Reservation Information
Reservation for admission from the KidZania Official Site: Up to 3 days before your visit.
- Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. For availability, please check the date and shift from the reservation button at the bottom of the page.
- After completing the procedure, you will receive a reservation confirmation email.
Important Notice
- Parents or guardians must be present at the start and end of the program.
- The capacity of one group is 6 kids.
- If the group size does not reach capacity for each activity, kids from outside of your group may also join the activities together.
- Please enter and exit together with all group members.
- We recommend that kids bring a bottled drink with them during the program.
- Please note that establishments or activities you experience are subject to change.
- If you are late, you may not be able to experience activities.
- Invitation tickets and discount services cannot be applied to this program.
- If you also wish to visit with kids who will not be participating in the program, please make your reservation by telephone.
- Please note, if KidZania is unable to operate the program due to circumstances within our company, KidZania may offer to change the content of the program.
Reservation Change & Cancellation
Up to 3 days before your visit:
Changes to the number of participants and cancellation are possible. If you would like to change the date, shift or plan, please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation.
Within 3 days before your visit:
Adding participants, changing the date, or changing the plan is not possible. Reducing the number of participants and cancellation are possible until 23:55 on the day before your visit.
- *Please note that after 23:55 on the day before your visit, changing or cancelling your reservation is not possible and the entrance fee cannot be refunded.
