About Fees (Cancellation and Change)
Change / Cancel Your Reservation
- If you have made a reservation online, you can cancel or change your reservation up to 23:55 JST (UTC+9) the day before your visit. No fee will be charged.
- This service is not available by phone. Please make your reservation by 23:55 JST (UTC+9) the day before your visit.
- Changes are limited to three times per single reservation. Reservations are limited and may not be available at all times.
- Please note that no cancellations or refunds can be made after 23:55 JST (UTC+9) the day before your visit.
Date and Time Change
If you wish to change the date or time of your visit, it is not possible to split a single reservation. After payment of the new admission fee by credit card, the admission fee before the change will be refunded in full. The refund will be the same amount as when the payment was made before the change.
Change Change your reservation from the 1st Shift to the 2nd Shift.
- Original Reservation - Weekday 1st Shift
- 1 Adult (￥2,400) + 1 Primary School (￥4,500) = ￥6,900
- New Reservation - the Same day 2nd Shift
- 1 Adult (￥2,300) + 1 Primary School (￥3,800) = ￥6,100
- Amount refunded to your credit card
- ￥6,900

Add/Change Number of Guests
If you want to add more guests or change the breakdown of the number of guests, the admission fee before the change will be fully refunded after the credit card payment for the changed admission fee. The number of reservations is limited and we may not be able to meet your request. The refund will be the same amount as when the payment was made before the change.

- Original Reservation - Weekday 2nd Shift
- 1 Adult (￥2,300) + 2 Primary School (￥7,600) = ￥9,900
- New Reservation - Weekday 2nd Shift
- 2 Adults (￥4,600) + 1 Primary School (￥3,800) = ￥8,400
- Amount refunded to your credit card

Reduce Number of Guests
If you wish to reduce number of guests, it is not possible to split a single reservation. After payment of the new admission fee by credit card, the admission fee before the change will be refunded in full.The refund will be the same amount as when the payment was made before the change.

Cancellation
If you cancel the entire reservation, you will receive a full refund of the admission fee. The refund will be the same amount as when the reservation was made.

Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the credit card used to make the original reservation.
Credit Card Refund System
The data will be sent to your credit card company on the second day after your cancellation.
The month of reimbursement will be determined by the timing of the credit card company's processing and the contents of the customer's contract (closing date, etc.).
