Special English Activity Program!
EAP and EAP eKspress are two special English programs led by fluent English speaking KidZania staff, called Navigators. Kids get to do English Activities back to back with no waiting in line.
It is also a hassle-free way to visit KidZania because of the reserved Activities!

- A guardian must be present at the start and end of the program.
- Only a single group ticket will be issued upon payment in full. All members need to be together when entering and leaving.
- Kids should bring a bottled drink with them during the program.
- A break time is included in the EAP schedule. During break time, Kids can eat what they made during the food Activities.
- Non full groups of EAP will have general guests added to Activities as per capacity.
- KidZania must refuse participation of any individual that has an allergy to any item at relevant pavilions. Please ask staff about it.
- We will not operate the programs on Special event days, and non-operational days.
- ※Please be aware that the courses may change due to unforseen circumstances.

EAP Together for Schools and Clubs
Who is EAP Together for?
EAP Together is a member's program for English conversation schools, English clubs or circles, and other organizations involved in English education. After becoming an EAP Together Member, whenever you make an EAP or EAP eKspress reservation for six Kids or more, you will receive extra benefits.
- ※We will send you an official EAP Together Member's Certificate with your school or organization name and your EAP Together Member number on it.
What is the joining fee?
It's free! No joining fee, and no yearly fee.
What are the benefits?
A reservation of at least 6 Kids is required to receive these benefits
1. EAP Together Original Goods
When you come and join our EAP or EAP eKspress, your members will each receive an original EAP Together Member gift on the day of your visit!
2. Activity Worksheets
KidZania has prepared English worksheets that go with each of the Activities done in EAP as review afterwards for your members. By request only we will provide you a set for your members on the day of your visit.
3. EAP Course Options
As an EAP Together Member, you can choose from Course Options as a way to make EAP or EAP eKspress more customized for your members.

Rules and Regulations
For EAP Together please observe the following rules and regulations as a group. If you do not wish to follow them, the reservation can be changed to general EAP admission, voiding any EAP Together privileges. Thank you for your understanding.
Entry and Exit Procedures
All members of your group must enter and exit the park at the same time.
Payments per family or entering without the representative is not permitted.
About the Visa Holder
It shows the number of Kids and adults in your group and is checked upon entrance and exit.
Only 1 visa holder will be given to the group representative during check-in.
Exit & Re-entry Procedures
In case of emergency, we request that the group representatives remain in the facility at all times. You cannot temporarily exit the park without a Visa Holder.

Registering For Membership
To become an EAP Together Member, please click the "Register for EAP Together" button below.
By registering for EAP Together, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
EAP Together Terms and Conditions
Section 1: EAP Together
EAP Together is a Membership program targeting English Schools and English conversation circles. EAP Together benefits are applied to registered Members that reserve EAP courses for groups of six or more.
Section 2: Membership Details
The details of Membership are subject to change without notice. Updated information is available online on the dedicated Members web page. The current contents of Membership are also detailed on the EAP Together web page. Changes to the Membership system will be noted in advance on our website, unless circumstances prevent us from doing so.
Section 3: Member Representation
English Schools and English conversation circles (hereafter referred to as "Members") will receive a Membership number. One person (hereafter referred to as "Representative") will be designated as a point of contact for the Members.
Section 4: Collaboration between KidZania and Members
Members may receive requests to participate in occasional surveys and interviews. Any contact by a KidZania staff member of this nature is made in good faith.
Section 5: Member Number Management
Each Membership number is assigned to a Member organization that is intended to be managed by a single Representative. The Membership number and the benefits associated may not be used or transferred to a third party.
Section 6: Registered Information
Information such as name of Member organization, full name of Representative, email address, phone number, type of organization, postal address, founding date of organization, number of students (kindergarten, elementary, jr. high) must be submitted to the company. Further changes or corrections must be submitted immediately. Membership may be revoked if any of this information is not correct.
Section 7: Retention of Rights
Copyrights related to any content that results from information submitted (including interviews, surveys, and other data collected through the operation of the program) shall be retained by the company. As stated in Article 27 and Article 28 of the Copyright Act, translations, adaptations and other derivative works shall also belong to the company. However, personal information will be managed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and will not be used for purposes other than those outlined in this agreement.
Section 8: Personal Information Management
Personal Information submitted to the company will be used for the following purposes: 1) providing service, 2) improving and developing products and services, 3) notice of related news and developments, and 4) limited research, statistical analysis and marketing campaign creation. Please see the KidZania website for full details regarding personal information management.
Section 9: Restrictions
The following acts are prohibited:
- Violation of the terms and conditions included in this agreement.
- Transfer of Membership benefits to any third party Representatives.
- Submission of false information.
- Any acts that are determined to be detrimental to the company or interfere with business operations.
- Any acts that are determined to be a nuisance or hazard to associates of the company.
- Any acts that cause damage to the facility, break any laws, or violate any public policy.
- Any acts by Member Representatives or organizations that are determined to be a misapplication of the program outlined in Section 1.
Section 10: Disclaimers
The company will assume no responsibility for damages related to any of the following:
- Information about Representatives or organizations obtained through the normal operation of the program (including advertising).
- Changes, suspension or termination of the program.
- Suspension or delay of the Membership system due to system failure.
- Data loss or damage.
- Any acts by Representatives or Members.
- Unauthorized use of the Membership number by a third party.
- Disputes between Representatives or Members associated with the program The company may choose to provide links on its website to other services on the Internet that relate to the program (including advertising). However, the company will assume no responsibility for damage related to such associations. Users should take necessary precautions and employ appropriate firewall protection. The company takes no responsibility for unauthorized access to users electronic systems.
Section 11: Cancellation of Membership
Members and Representatives can elect to withdraw from the program in accordance with company policy and procedures. After doing so, Member organizations and Representatives will no longer be eligible for EAP Together benefits.
Section 12: Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute in connection with this agreement between the company and a Member organization or Representative, jurisdiction will lie with the Tokyo Circuit Court.

We ask for your cooperation in making reservations as an EAP Together Member at least two weeks in advance of your planned visit date. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration within 2-3 days of registering. Please provide a valid email address when registering. All personal & private information will be kept confidential as specified in the EAP Together Contract.
