Notice

  • The activity experience is for Kids between the ages of 3 and 15.
  • Each reservation (one group) must be accompanied by an adult (16 years old and up) for admission.
  • Infants (2 years old and under) are admitted free of charge, but not in combination with adults and infants.
  • Appointment slots are limited and we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
  • Some days are excluded, such as event days.
  • Changes to your reservation (cancellation, change of date/time, change of number of people) will be accepted until 6:00pm on the day before the day you wish to enter, if there is room on the day you wish to change.
  • This service may not be available for some products.
  • We will not be able to reissue them.
  • No cash value or trading (including selling on flea market applications, internet auction sites, etc.) is allowed.
  • It cannot be transferred for business or promotional purposes, whether paid or unpaid.
  • The expiration date will not be extended for any reason.
  • No cancellations or refunds can be made after purchase for any reason whatsoever.
  • If you purchase by phone, you will be charged an additional shipping fee (700 yen for a flat rate nationwide) and bank transfer fee.
