Facility Rules

Food & Beverage Regulations

In order to provide a safe and comfortable experience for kids, outside food and beverages are generally not allowed inside KidZania.
Restaurants and eating areas are available inside KidZania. During meal times, we ask that guests be respectful of other guests by not leaving their items unattended and using only the space necessary for their group. Unattended items may be removed and stored temporarily by staff.

Baby Food Baby food is allowed to be brought in from outside.
Food & Beverages Only food related to dietary restrictions is allowed to be brought in from outside. If you wish to bring in your own food or beverage, please notify the staff at the Ticket Counter, Information Desk or Information Office.

Personal Possession Regulations

Baggage Storage Coin-operated lockers are available near the entrance to KidZania (Tokyo & Koshien). Large items that are unable to fit in the lockers can be stored for a fee at the Entrance (Tokyo & Fukuoka) or the Parents Lounge (Tokyo & Koshien). Please do not keep valuable items in the coin-operated lockers or baggage storage areas.
For KidZania Fukuoka, coin-operated lockers are available at the LaLaport Fukuoka Bus Terminal.
Pets Service dogs (guide, mobility service, hearing) as defined by the Service Dogs for the Physically Disabled Act are allowed to enter KidZania. Please wear the proper markings required by Japanese Law and carry your certification card.

Hazardous Materials Regulations

In order to ensure the safety of our guests, all bags will be checked before entering KidZania. If you are in possession of any of the hazardous materials listed below, you will be strictly prohibited from entering KidZania. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Hazardous items that may explode, burn or generate toxic gases.
  • Pepper spray or any item that could cause bodily harm or discomfort.
  • Highly flammable items, such as fireworks, gas cannisters, or large amounts of gas lighters or matches.
  • Sharp objects such as cooking knives, hobby knives, scissors, chisels, etc.
  • Items that could be used as weapons, such as baseball bats, golf clubs, nets, wooden swords, etc.
  • Any other items that are prohibited by law.
