By becoming a Guest Member (free), you can make reservations to visit KidZania and also enjoy the following services.

  • See your kid’s activity records through MyPage.
  • Check available activities using the official KidZania app.

Guest Membership Terms and Use

Important Notice

  • There have been numerous reports of emails not being delivered to free Microsoft email addresses such as Hotmail, Outlook, and Live. If you have another email address available, please use that if possible. If you are unable to register as a Guest Member, please check here.
  • If you cancel your Guest Membership, all information, including your KidZania activity history and ticket purchase history, will be deleted and will no longer be accessible.
  • If you have tickets reserved for KidZania, you cannot cancel your membership. Please cancel your Guest Membership after visiting KidZania or canceling your reservation.
  • If you cancel your Professional Membership, you will automatically be registered as a Guest Member.
