24-hour Automated Phone Reservations
You can make a reservation for Same Day Tickets up to one day prior to your visit.
Sales begin at 12:00am (midnight) the day before, and are suspended when tickets are no longer available.
Automated Phone Reservations for Same Day Tickets are available on the day until 12:00pm for the 1st Shift, and 6:00pm for the 2nd Shift.
Tickets are made available by phone one day prior to the date of entry beginning at 00:00(midnight). Availability is limited so please call early.

Procedure
- 1Dial 0570-06-4012 and follow the instructions (press 1 for reservations, then press 2 for English guidance.)
- 2Choose Same Day Tickets or Next Day Tickets.
- 3Choose 1st Shift (9:00am - 3:00pm) or 2nd Shift (4:00pm - 9:00pm).
- 4Enter the number of Guests.
- 5Enter a telephone number in Japan where you can be contacted.
- 6Have a pen and paper ready to write down your Reservation Number.
- 7Bring your Reservation Number to the entrance of KidZania Tokyo. Please pay for your tickets upon arrival.

Notes:
- Kids in Preschool and Primary School must be accompanied by at least 1 Adult or Senior per group. Jr. High School Students are allowed to enter unsupervised.
- Infants and Toddlers under 3 are admitted free of charge, in the company of at least one Adult and one Kid. Children under 3 may not participate in Activities.
- Automated Phone Reservations may not be made from some types of phones (PHS, IP phones, etc.)
- If you wish to change any reservation details, please cancel the existing one, then create a new reservation.
- If you wish to add Guests to your reservation, please be aware that space may not be available due to capacity.
- Reservation Numbers issued via the automated phone system cannot be canceled or changed via the online reservation system.
- Please be sure to have your reservation number, as it is required to enter KidZania.
- Please be ready to pay for your tickets at the entrance of KidZania.
- Be aware that reservations may not be available for some days due to private events.
For Guests with disabilities:
- Special price admission will be given for one caregiver accompanying a child with special needs.
- A Disabled Persons' Certificate issued by a local authority will be requested to qualify for the above special admission price.
- Special Admission tickets may not be purchased from travel agents.
- The facilities at KidZania Tokyo are designed to be barrier free; however, participation in activities is undertaken at each visitor's own judgment.
