Reservations

Payment method: For Online reservations payments are to be made only by credit cards (namely, JCB, VISA, Master, AmericanExpress or DinersClub).
Expiration date of reservation: Reservations are valid only for the admission date specified by the customer at the time of booking.
Limitation on number of guests at reservation: Up to 19 persons can be reserved per reservation request.
Changes of reservation/cancellation/refund: It is possible to change the reservation details for the day of admission only if there are vacancies in the pertinent reservation frame. For change and cancellation of the reservation, you will be required to pay the prescribed fee. However, such fee shall not apply if and to the extent that the operation of the facilities is suspended or discontinued due to circumstances on our side. Please note that any change or cancellation of the reservation after 11:55 p.m. of the preceding day of the date of admission shall not be accepted. Refunds of the fee will be made to the debit account of the credit card used at the time of purchase via the credit card company. The amount of such refund will be only the amount posted on our website and other expenses (expenses incurred associated with the reservation procedures) will not be repaid.
Payment deadline: For online reservations, payments are to be made only at the time of completion of the reservation. However, the billing date shall vary depending on the credit card company.
