Handling of Personal Information

  1. The Company, The Service, and KidZania Tokyo will only use customers' personal information for the purposes listed below. Use of such information for other purposes will not be done without customer permission.
    • (1)Processing of your reservation and ticketing (personal information will be exchanged with credit card companies for confirmation) and associated programs used by The Service
    • (2)Contact by KidZania Tokyo
    • (3)Customer service and support
    • (4)Service and product information by The Company
    • (5)Marketing analysis and data creation by The Company
    • (6)Anything other than the above will require customer consent
  2. The customer agrees to disclose all necessary personal information to accomplish the actions required by third party businesses that The Company works with (hereinafter referred as "The Outsourcing Company"). In this case, The Company prohibits The Outsourcing Company from making illegal use and/or disclosure of any personal information.
  3. The company reserves the right to provide personal information and history to third parties without consent of The Customer in the following instances
    • (1)For legal purposes
    • (2)When the information is necessary to protect someone's life or property and getting permission is not possible
    • (3)When the information is necessary for promoting public health or the health of children, and getting permission is not possible
    • (4)When cooperation is sought from The Company by a national institution or public association (or an entity acting on behalf of) and receiving the consent from The Customer may interfere with the execution of public matters
  4. The company will take reasonable measures to prevent leakage, loss, unauthorized access, alteration, and destruction of your personal information.
  5. The company will provide confirmation and take reasonable action regarding the following requests from customers.
    • (1)Disclosure of personal information
    • (2)To correct, add to, or delete personal information
    • (3)To withdraw from a previous agreement regarding sharing or disclosing personal information
