Call Center opens 2nd Shift on November 21st

KidZania Tokyo will open the Call Center where you can experience being a telecommunicator. After receiving communication training and learning appropriate dialogue in telephone correspondence, you can respond to customer inquiries and requests such as delivery of luggage, ordering pizza, applying for bus tour, and more. Consider the person on the opposite end of the line and uphold standards of professional communication.
