Celebrate Peru's independence day with the Ambassador of Peru & special guests!
 
Special Guest Performances

Professional Peruvian musicians, Kallpandina, will perform live music and Peruvian dancers, Sol y Luna, will perform traditional dances. Also, the Ambassador of Peru, Mr. Elard Escala, will give a short speech.

Traditional Peruvian Dance

Marinera is a graceful and romantic couple's dance. Kids will learn this traditional dance with professional dancers, Sol y Luna, teaching workshops. Kids who participate will receive a souvenir keychain!

Peruvian Musical Instruments

Kids will learn to play traditional musical instruments with workshops lead by professional musicians from the Peruvian band Kallpandina. Kids who participate will receive a souvenir keychain!

Peruvian Rainstick

Rainsticks are popular musical instruments in Peru, which make beautiful sounds similar to rain hitting the ground. Kids will create their very own rainstick to take home made from recyclable items!

Sapo Game

Sapo is a popular game in Peru featuring tossing golden coins into the mouth of a frog for points. The embassy of Peru has donated their Sapo game to KidZania for this event so kids can play! All participants will receive candy and a souvenir flag of Peru!

Stamp Rally

Everyone will receive a Stamp Rally Card when they enter KidZania. Search KidZania to find checkpoints displaying information about the culture of Peru. Receive candy at the Goal, and the first 100 people to reach the Goal will receive a souvenir flag of Peru!

Photo Opportunity

Kids will try on traditional Peruvian clothing and have their photos taken by professional photographers. The prints will feature a beautiful image of Machu Picchu in the background. The first 100 participants will receive a souvenir flag of Peru!

  • Professional photographs are available to purchase on the day for ¥1,200(tax included). Unsold photos are destroyed and data is erased at the end of each day.

Many of our most popular career Activities will be conducted in English! Both fluent and non-fluent English speakers can enjoy all activities. Some activities will also be in Japanese. All kids will be able to enjoy any activity regardless of the language or their skill level.
