Ticket Handling, Cancellation and Refund Information

During June and July, KidZania is open during 1st Shift only. (9:00-15:00, 6 hours)
KidZania has also implemented safety and security measures in consideration of our guests and employees to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Information for guests that have made reservations for 2nd Shift during June or July.

If you have made a reservation for the 2nd Shift during this period, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and a refund will also be processed automatically. No cancellation fees will be charged.
Please note that the refund methods vary depending on the reservation type. Please refer to the following information for details.

Information for guests that have made reservations through our official website:

Your reservation will be automatically cancelled and a refund will also be processed automatically. No cancellation fees will be charged.
Please do not cancel or change the date by yourself or handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
If you wish to make another reservation during the new operating hours, or on another date, please make a new reservation through KidZania's Official Website or Call Center.

Information for guests that have purchased tickets through a travel agency or ticket handler:

  • For guests that have purchased tickets through a travel agency, please contact the travel agency where the purchase was made.
  • For guests that have purchased tickets for 2nd Shift during June or July through Fami Port or Seven Ticket, with valid dates between Thursday, May 28, 2020 and Friday, July 31, 2020 shown on the ticket, please contact the store where the purchase was made.
Information for guests with Limited Time Tickets.
  • Guests with Limited Time Tickets valid from Monday, March 2, 2020 to Saturday, October 31, 2020 can use their tickets until Monday, November 30, 2020.
  • ※Some tickets are not eligible.

Telephone services resumed on June 1, 2020. Due to the number of reservations being processed, it may be difficult to get through to the Call Center. Please feel free to also contact KidZania through our official email account.
