Parent's Lounge
In order to allow Kids to take the initiative and do what they want to do, Adults may not enter pavilions or participate in activities. However, Adults are encouraged to form part of the audience at the Theater and TV Station, and we welcome Adults to watch their Kid's accomplishments from the viewing areas at each pavilion.
The Parents Lounge is a place for Adults to relax while Kids are having fun.

| Filming | Filming is welcome in most parts of KidZania. However, use of video, cameras and mobile phones is not allowed where restrictions are posted. |
| Parent’s Lounge | Located on the 2nd Floor, this area is for Adults to relax, watch television, read, or take advantage of free internet access while Kids are having fun. |
| Pavilions | Adults may not enter pavilions or participate in activities. However, Adults are encouraged to form part of the audience at the Theater, TV Station, Courthouse, Radio Station, and Magic Studio. |
| Exit and Re-entry | The schedule for exit and re-entry is as follows: 1st Shift：9:15am〜2:30pm 2nd Shift：4:15pm〜8:30pm |
| Smoking Areas | KidZania is a smoke-free facility. Please use the smoking areas located within Urban Dock LaLaport. |
| Credit Cards | We accept JCB, VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD and DINERS cards. Revolving payments are not accepted. |
| Cash Withdrawal | There are no cash withdrawal facilities within KidZania Tokyo. |
| Locker | Coin lockers are installed around the entrance of KidZania. There are none on site, please note. |
Nursing Room
Urbano's House is a special play area available for Kids 6 years old and younger. Adults may enter this area with their Kids. Diaper changing stations and a nursing room are also available.
